Smart Goals

It's always a little hard for me to part with my diary from the previous year. It has nothing to do with trying to slow down the passing of the years or even to look back with any sentimentality. It is purely a fear I will not be able to find the note or number I have kept there. It is about this time each year when I wish I had stored that information or note alphabetically or chronologically rather than by a whim with the false confidence that I will be able to easily find it again.
Note to Self: "My New Years resolution is to be more organised. Even if I don't put everything in its place I want to have a place where it should be put!"
No matter what goals or resolutions you may have for the year ahead it is a good idea to make them SMART goals.
S - Specific, significant, stretching
M - Measurable, meaningful, motivational
A - Attainable, achievable, acceptable, action-oriented
R - Realistic, relevant, reasonable, rewarding, results-oriented
T - Time-based, timely, tangible, trackable

So feel free to contact the 'New, Improved More Organised Cheryle'
If she's not available you might have to settle for the 'Old Cheryle'.
